I’m Emerson Bleu, founder of Immersion Properties. I grew up in slow Southwestern Colorado and now call the Front Range home. I’m grateful to be shaped by both quiet mountain towns and lively city energy. When I’m not hosting, you’ll usually find me teaching yoga, snowboarding, or catching live music with the people I love.

I helped run a thriving STR management company in Bend, Oregon. That chapter gave me the operational discipline and guest-care instincts that now define Immersion Properties. Bringing that expertise back to Colorado felt inevitable. I wanted to build a boutique management model centered on clear communication, thoughtful spaces, and a truly elevated guest experience.

Immersion (noun); being completely absorbed, deeply engaged with an experience or environment. It represents a state of intense concentration or involvement where one feels entirely focused on a particular experience.

I chose the name Immersion because I believe the best work comes from being fully present & devotional. Immersion reflects how I engage with the things I care about with attention, intention, and presence.

I love helping guests connect with Colorado and making sure homeowners feel confident their property is in good hands. I’m genuinely looking forward to connecting with you, learning about your home, and finding ways to care for it with the same attention and respect I bring to every property I manage.
