I’m Emerson!
I’m Emerson Bleu, CEO & Founder of Immersion Properties. I grew up in the vast magic of Southwest Colorado before heading to the Front Range, and that mix of peaceful quiet and city energy still shapes how I work. Colorado is home to me in every sense from the silent San Juans to lively Denver evenings. When I’m not curating an amazing guest experience you’ll find me teaching yoga, snowboarding, and enjoying live music with my loved ones.
I helped run a thriving STR management company in Bend, Oregon. That chapter gave me the operational discipline and guest-care instincts that now define Immersion Properties. Bringing that expertise back to Colorado felt inevitable. I wanted to create a boutique management model for owners who value high-transparent communication, thoughtful design, and a genuinely elevated guest experience.
I chose the name Immersion because it reflects how I work. Every property gets full attention, every guest gets curated local insights, and every stay is shaped with intention. Immersion means honoring the home, understanding the traveler, and treating your investment with the same care I show my own space.
Colorado is more than a place, it’s a feeling. My role is helping guests fall into that feeling from the moment they open the door, and helping owners succeed through detail-driven management rooted in respect, warmth, and creativity.
